Costs You Are Responsible For
When returning a Mirevella, the following costs are your responsibility as the customer:
- Return shipping (we recommend a trackable, insured service)
- Import duties or customs fees on the return
- VAT, sales tax, or any local taxes applied to the return shipment
- Return insurance
- Any third-party return processing fees
We refund the product cost only. We do not refund original shipping costs, duties, or taxes paid on the original order, except where required by law (see "Your Right to Cancel" below).
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries.
You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped:
- Use the "Cancel Order" button in your account page, or
- Email info@mirevella.com with your order number
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process below.
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 100 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and original packaging must be included
A proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
Personalized products and hygiene-sensitive items (such as undergarments) cannot be returned unless unopened and unused.
How to Start a Return

Return Approval
Our team will review your request and send you instructions.
Prepare Your Package
Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
Ship Your Return
Use a trackable shipping service. All return costs (shipping, duties, taxes, insurance) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
For size changes, we recommend placing a new order after completing your return.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Damaged Items
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
If the item is confirmed damaged on arrival, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement at our cost, including return shipping.
Incorrect Item Received
We will make it right and send the correct product as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Processing Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery.
Inspection takes up to 7 business days after receiving the item.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval.
Your Right to Cancel (UK and EU Customers)
UK and EU consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel your order. This right is in addition to our 100-day return window.
Before your order ships, you can cancel at any time, for any reason, with a full refund of everything you paid (product + shipping).
After delivery, EU and UK customers have 14 days from the day they receive the order to notify us of cancellation, for any reason. You then have 14 further days to return the item at your own cost.
The easiest way to use this right is the button below. The button is continuously available during the 14-day withdrawal window. You can also email info@mirevella.com with your order number.
For cancellations made under this statutory right, we refund:
- The product cost
- The standard outbound shipping cost (if any was charged)
We do not refund: return shipping, import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales taxes, insurance, or any other costs of returning the item.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your cancellation request, including the date and time it was submitted.
Customers outside the EU and UK do not have a statutory cancellation right. Please use our standard 100-day return process described above. Standard return costs (shipping, duties, taxes, insurance) apply.
