Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vatican City.

North America: United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 22:00 CET are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at any time at www.mirevella.com/apps/track123  using your order number and the email used at checkout.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs policy and are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT and no additional import duties apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Orders: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement at our cost.

Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mirevella.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
