At Mirevella, we are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries within Europe:

Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vatican City.

And to the United States and Canada — orders to North America are fulfilled from our own US warehouse for faster local delivery.

We are continuously working on expanding our shipping areas.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after processing
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

Shipping Process

  • We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue
  • Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately
