Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

If your order has already been shipped, you can follow the return process below.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
Personalized products and hygiene-sensitive items (such as undergarments) cannot be returned unless unopened and unused.

How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Approval
    Our team will review your request and send you instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package
    Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Use a trackable shipping service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 14 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost

For size changes, we recommend placing a new order after completing your return.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Damaged Items
    Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
    Without proof, we may not be able to offer a free replacement.
  • If confirmed damaged upon arrival, we may offer compensation of up to 20% of the purchase value.
  • Incorrect Item Received
    We’ll make it right and send the correct product as quickly as possible.
  • Lost Packages
    If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Processing Timeline

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Inspection takes up to 7 business days after receiving the item
  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval
